摘要
亚当·斯密的经典巨著《国富论》对市场经济条件下如何增进国民财富的整个经济运行流程进行了全面的分析,初步创设了较系统的市场经济运行机制。在市场与政府关系上,斯密更加强调市场的自我调节和经济运行机制核心———自利和竞争的作用。我国转轨经济时期,配合有限的政府干预,以自利和竞争为基础,以达到市场的自我调节和财富增长的目标。
By analyzing the principles of how market economy runs in the Wealth of Nations written by Adam Smith, Concerning with the relationship between government and market, this paper concludes that Smith stressed heavily on the functions of market＇s self- adjustment, and the core role of market economy mechanism： selfishness and competition, By limited role of government and core mechanism of self interest and competition, we could achieve the target of self - adjustment and wealth growth.
