摘要
在过氧化甲乙酮合成工艺研究的基础上 ,选择合理的配比、反应温度、反应时间、稳定剂 ,并加入 A盐 ,通过盐析效应 ,得到了具有较高闪点和稳定度的产品 ,收率明显提高 ,综合成本降低。经试用符合用户要求 ,是目前国内不饱和聚酯树脂使用的理想引发剂。
The Combination process of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide is researched through choosing a reasonable formula, reaction temperature, reaction time and stabilizers, and adding A salt, with salting out effect, we made a product of higher flash point and stability. The productive rate is increased and the total cost is reduced.
