孤立性左心耳畸形的超声心动图表现 被引量：2

摘要 孤立性左心耳畸形极罕见，包括双叶左心耳、左心耳憩室和左心耳口狭窄等，因其血流动力学随种类不同而有所差别，由于发病隐匿，容易误诊或漏诊。本研究报道我院2009年7月至2011年10月经胸二维超声（transthoracicechocardiography，TTE）、经食管二维超声（transesophagealechocardiography，TEE）及实时三维超声（real—time three-dimensionaleehoeardiography，RT-3DE）诊断的8例孤立性左心耳畸形，以探讨超声检查对孤立性左心耳几类畸形诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。
