摘要
采用自创的“三维坐标容器法” ,研究了全生育期内土壤温度对陆稻根系生长发育的影响。结果表明 :(1)根系总体积、根系总长、根系总干重随着入土深度的增加、生育期内土温的日益升高、全生育期内土壤积温的减少而明显减少 (a >b >c) ,且随土温的日益升高、全生育期内土壤积温的减少而减慢 ;递减速度在 0~15cm范围内 ,随土温的日益升高、全生育期内土壤积温的减少而加快 (a <b <c) ,15~ 6 0cm间递减速度较平稳 ;(2 )根系体积各层分布量占总根量的百分比b、c处理间无明显差异 ,但它们与a有很大差别 ,主要发生在 0~ 15cm(a <<b≈c)、30~ 6 0cm(a >>b≈c)间 ,15~ 30cm较平稳 (a≈b≈c) ;根系干重各层分布量占总根量的百分比a、b处理间无明显差异 ,但它们与c有很大差别 ,主要发生在 0~ 15cm(a≈b >>c <<)、30~ 6 0cm(a≈b<<c)间 ,15~ 30cm较平稳 (a≈b≈c) ;根长各层分布量占总根量的百分比a、b、c处理间无明显差异。 (3)根密度垂进分布规律与根长分布规律相一致 ,根系总表面积、活跃表面积垂直变化规律均与根系体积参数相一致 ;(4)活跃表面积 总表面积随着入土深度的增加、生育期内土温的日益升高、全生育期内土壤积温的减少而增强 ,且处理a <b <c。
Under various soil temperature、soil accumulated temperature during the whole growth period,the growth and development of upland rice root system were studied by three-dimensional coordinate container method.The results were as follows:(1)Root length、root dry weight and root volume decreased gradually with the vertical distribution depth of the root system、the increase of soil temperature、the decrease of the soil accumulated temperature during the whole growth period,the rates of decrease increased between 0.0m and 0.15m (a<b<c) and were smooth between 0.15m and 0.60m(a≈b≈c) with the increase of soil temperature、the decrease of the soil accumulated temperature during the whole growth period.(2)The distribution of every layer/total quantity of root volume was not significantly different between the treatments of b and c,but at the depth of 0.00~0.15m (a<<b≈c)、0.30~0.60m (a>>b≈c). it was different evidently and at the depth of 0.15~0.30m was not significantly different between the treatments of b、c and a (a≈b≈c);the distribution of every layer/total quantity of root dry weight was not significantly different between the treatments of a and b,but at the depth of 0.00~0.15m(a≈b>>c<<)、0.30~0.60m (a≈b<<c) it was different evidently and at the depth of 0.15~0.30m it was not significantly different between the treatents of a、b and c;the distribution of every layer/total quantity of root length was not significantly different between the treatments of a、b and c;(3) The laws of the vertical distribution of root density were the same as those of root length,and the laws of the vertical distribution of total area of root surface、active area of root surface were the same as those of root volume;(4) Active area/total area of root surface of a、b、c increased with th vertical distribution depth of root system、the increase of soil temperature、the decrease of the soil accumulated temperature during the whole growth period between 0.0m and 0.6m,the order was the treatment a<b<c.
