摘要 背景认知功能障碍相关疾病如阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer’s disease,AD)等发病率不断增多。研究表明α1抗糜蛋白酶(alphal-antichymotrypsin,ACT),其过度表达在认知功能障碍中起着特殊作用。目的分析总结ACT与认知功能障碍的相关性及其机制。内容描述ACT在认知功能中的病理生理、遗传机制及作用。趋向血浆中的ACT水平与认知恶化水平有关,但其在认知功能中的预警作用有待于进一步的研究。 Background The incidence of cognitive impairment-related diseases such as Alzheimer's disease is increasing. Alphal-antichymotrypsin (ACT) plays a special role in cognitive dysfunction. Objective This paper summarizes the correlation between ACT and cognitive dysfunction, and analyses its mechanism. Content This paper describes the pathophysiology and genetic mechanisms of ACT in Cognitive function. Trend To some extent, the plasma levels of ACT in patients correlate with the degree of cognitive deterioration, however, the effect of ACT as a predictor in cognitive function still needs to be further expored.
