摘要
[目的]了解城市社区幼儿园教师营养知识、态度、行为状况,以便有效改善幼儿的营养水平。[方法]2011年5月,对深圳市宝安区石岩街道的18所社区幼儿园(提供中餐)的284名教师进行问卷调查。[调查]调查284人,营养知识得分为19.63±3.22分,营养态度得分为5.64±0.81分,营养行为得分为18.62±3.53分。幼儿教师营养知识、态度、行为总分,低等、中等、高等文化程度者分别为50.81±2.98、53.82±3.02、56.44±3.86分(P<0.05);托幼工龄1~5、6~10、>10年者分别为53.64±2.89、55.62±2.67、53.13±2.98分(P>0.05)。营养知识、态度、行为单项得分,不同文化程度幼儿教师之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同托幼工龄幼儿教师营养知识得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),营养态度、营养行为得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]社区幼儿园教师特别是文化程度较低者的营养知识有待加强。
[-Objective]To understand the city community kindergarten teachers" nutrition knowledge, attitudes, behaviors,so as to effectively improve the community kindergarten nutrition level. [Methods]A questionnaire survey was con- ducted among 284 teachers from 18 community kindergartens(offering lunch) in Shiyan community,Bao'an district, Shenzhen city, in May, 2011. [Results] A total of 284 teachers were surveyed, nutrition knowledge scores were 19.63 ±3.22, attitudes toward nutrition scores were 5.64 ± 0.81, nutrition behaviors scores were 18.62 ± 3.53. The knowledge, attitude, behavior of nutrition of preschool teachers were compared, low, medium, higher educated persons respectively 50.81 ± 2.98,53.82 ± 3.02,56.44 ±3.86, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05) ;day care service for 1-5 years, 6- 10 years, 〉 10 years respectively were 53.64 ±2.89,55.62±2.67,53.13 ±2.98, the difference was not statistically signif- icant( P〈.05). Different levels of education community kindergarten teachers" nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior have statistics difference( P 〈0.01) ;different working age teachers" nutrition knowledge differences( P 〈0.01), their attitude,behavior have no statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05). [-Conclusion] The community kindergarten teachers" nutrition knowledge should be strengthened, especially the lower academic teachers.
