摘要
有些设备在工作过程中主轴受工作环境影响温度升高而伸长 ,产生很大的轴向力 ,严重影响设备性能 ,为此 ,研究出一种新型联轴器 滚动联轴器 ,它允许被联接的两轴在很小的轴向力作用下移动 ,因此能消除有害的轴向力 .此外 ,根据弹性理论得出滚动体接触应力和应变的计算公式 ,通过实验得出滚动体载荷不均匀系数 ,为计算滚子最大受力提供依据 ,经实际应用 ,滚动联轴器达到了理想效果 .
A new union was designed for the main axis of machine to decrease the harmful axial force which comes from the axial expansion of the main axis due to the heat environment of the operating. The union is provided with small rolling friction resistance between two contact parts of the union, so that the main axis is movable. On the bases of Hertz theory of the elastic touch and the design principle of ball bearing, the design method of the union and calculating formula for roller applied load is presented. The results show that the union is effective and acceptable. [
