摘要
针对Pro/NC系统在数控编程过程中手动输入各种加工参数比较繁琐的问题,提出了一种基于Pro/E二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT的零件加工参数自动输入的方法。在分析了面向Pro/NC的数控代码自动生成系统的基础之上,对包含零件加工信息的加工仿真模型自动建立的方法进行了研究。根据Pro/NC系统中加工仿真模型建立的流程,通过Pro/TOOLKIT中的API函数实现了零件制造模型的建立,利用元素树创建特征的方法实现了加工操作和NC序列的定义,完成了加工仿真模型的建立。以一个箱体类零件的底面铣削加工为例说明零件加工仿真模型建立的过程,验证了所提方法的有效性。
To solve the problem with the complex process of inputting the machining parameters into Pro/NC system, an automatic approach for part parameter input based on Pro/TOOLKIT, a secondary development tool of Pro/E, is proposed. Based on analyzing the automatic Numerical Control codes generation system in Pro/NC, a method to automatically build the simulation model which contains the machining information is studied. According to the process of building machining simulation model in Pro/ NC system, the part manufacturing model is automatically built by API function in Pro/TOOLKIT and the manufacturing operations together with NC sequence are defined by the method of utilizing element tree to create features. Finally, an example of milling process of a body part is used to specify the building process of machining simulation model and validate the proposed method.
