中朝长白山地区新生代火山堪称东北亚之冠 ,为进一步认识火山时、空、物的演化发展势态 ,对活动的稳定性作出科学评估 ,综合分析了 6 0年代以来 ,特别是近期中、朝地质学家的成果 ,从火山事件地层学理论出发 ,对该区提出划分
The volcanic of Cenozoic Era in Changbaishan area between China and Korea can be ranked as the first in northeast Asia. In order to understand further evolution and development of the volcanoes in time, space and material, and to comment and estimate scientifically the stablity of activities of them, authors syntheticly analysed to the achievements gained by geologists of China and Korea since 1960’s, especially since recent years, in terms of the theory of stratigraphic geology of volcanic event, advanced a new programme and divided into 31 volcanic events for the whole area.
