摘要
某甲醇生产企业采用预处理-SBR工艺处理甲醇生产废水,该工艺以碱性氯化和空气氧化预处理系统控制废水中有毒氰化物和硫化氢浓度,以SBR系统为核心处理工艺。运行调试结果表明,该工艺对COD、氨氮等污染物的去除效果稳定,去除率约为90%,出水水质符合国家污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)中一级标准的要求,是可行的甲醇生产废水处理工艺。在调试运行过程中,由于甲醇生产废水BOD5/NH3-N较低,因此应设甲醇投加装置,既可解决碳源不足的问题,又可使生产废料得到充分利用,提高了工程的经济效益;同时,调试中需投加适量三氯化铁,以防止污泥膨胀现象的发生,保证系统运行效果。
The pretreatment-SBR technology,which takes alkali-chlorination method for cyanide reduction and air oxidation method for Hydrogen Sulfide reduction,had been used for treating methanol wastewater in a wastewater treatment station of a methanol processing plant.The debugging results showed that the removal rate of COD and NH3-N were about 90% steadily,and its effluent water quality met the requirements of the first class of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996).It means the method was a feasible treatment technology to methanol wastewater.In the course of engineering debugging,the proper amount of external carbon and ferric chloride are required for improving BOD5/NH3-N and preventing sludge bulking respectively.
