利用肠炎沙门氏菌特异性PCR检测方法对一起感染病例的诊断

摘要 采用肠炎沙门氏菌特异性PCR检测方法对一起番鸭感染病例进行了诊断,同时结合常规实验室检测方法,确诊为肠炎沙门氏菌感染。PCR检测方法检测肠炎沙门氏菌具有较好的特异性,比传统的细菌分离鉴定更加快捷,值得进一步探讨和验证。
