摘要
肠炎沙门氏菌病是一种重要的人畜共患病,其危害性备受关注。笔者就感染该菌与宿主关系进行了分析,旨在提高对该病的认识,以便减少该病的发生,保障人畜健康。
As an important zoonosis, the harzard of enteritidis, which was caused by Salmonella, was widely paid attention. In the article, the relationship of Salmonella and its host was anaylsed to raise recongtion of the disease, decrease occurrence and protect human and animal health.
