摘要
针对我国煤炭资源的人均占有量少,资源开采强度过大,浪费现象十分严重,资源状况不容乐观的问题.根据效率原则与可持续性原则,利用社会福利函数,从理论及方法上对煤炭资源的最佳耗竭及持续利用进行了系统模拟,并将模拟的变化趋势与近年的实际开采利用情况作了对比和分析.研究结论符合事实,为进一步研究煤炭资源的最佳配置提供了新的方法.
Aiming at the problem of coal resource shortage per capita, and excessive exploitation as well as irrational utilization of coal, the optimum theory and sustainable utilization system was simulated theoretically and methodically based on the principles of efficiency and continuousness, and the social welfare function.The simulated variation tendency was compared with the actual situation in recent years. The result shows that the conclusion is true, which has provided a new way for a further study of coal resource.
