摘要 镀锡扩散法是钢铁试样镀锡后扩散退火。在扩散处理过程中,锡熔融并润湿试样表面,镀层和试样基体中的 Sn、Fe 等元素原子相互扩散,结果改变了镀层成份,形成一层与基体牢固结合的相当于多层金属材料的减厚耐磨层,提高了摩擦偶件的摩擦磨损性能及抗蚀能力。 This paper is dealing With the diffusion annealing technique of steel speeimen which had been coated with tin.During the annealing, the tin layer was melted and absorbed by steel surface,which was helpful for mutual diffusion of atoms Sn and Fe.Consequently,the composition and mechanical property of the surface were improved.It was found that the technique has potential application to the treatment of the wear resistant and corrosion resistant machine parts.
