摘要
以拐枣为材料,通过不同类型的大孔树脂对拐枣总黄酮进行富集,用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,试验结果表明:中极和极性的树脂对拐枣总黄酮的富集优于非极性及氢键吸附型的树脂,其中HPD400大孔树脂对拐枣总黄酮的富集效果最好。
The total flavonoid in Hovenia acerba Lindl. was enriched by different types of macroporous resin, and the total flavonoid content was detected with UV - spectrometry. The results indicated that the total flavonoid enrichment ability of polar - type and moderate - polar - type macroporous resin was better than that of non - polar - type and hydrogen - bonding - adsorption - type macroporous resin. Among different types of macroporous resin, HPD400 had the best enriched effect on the total flavonoid in Hovenia acerba.
