下肢骨折锁定钢板内固定断裂的原因分析及对策 被引量：4

摘要 随着骨折内固定技术不断更新，锁定钢板因其生物力学上的优点而逐渐成为内固定发展的主流趋势，并已在干骺端骨折及长骨干骨折的治疗中获得广泛应用。然而，随着其临床应用不断扩大，所暴露的问题亦逐渐增多。我科自2007年3月至2011年6月，应用锁定钢板治疗下肢骨折336例，其中10例出现钢板或螺钉断裂。现总结分析如下，以期增进对锁定钢板固定系统的认识，减少并发症。
