摘要
目的:探讨锁骨骨折钢板内固定术失败的原因及预防措施。方法:对收治的9例锁骨骨折钢板内固定失败的原因进行回顾性分析,探究其原因和预防措施。结果:9例失败的病例中,有7例为内固定松动,2例为钢板断裂,其中8例经保守治疗后骨折愈合,1例经二次钢板内固定加自体骨移植术后骨折愈合。结论:锁骨骨折手术钢板使用不当、钢板塑形不佳、手术操作不规范、过早运动是造成钢板内固定失败的重要原因。正确使用钢板、规范手术操作、术后科学的功能康复锻炼并辅以外固定,是防止锁骨骨折钢板内固定术失败的主要预防措施。
Objective To research the reasons of the failures in internal fixtions of elavice fracture then to bring forward methords to prevent them.Methods During the last 6 years,there are 9 failed cases of elavice fracture that have been treated,analyse the reasons and find out the precaution.Results In the 9 cases,the reason of 7 cases is plate relaxation,the others is plate rupture.8 cases were cured by conservative methords,and the other one by intenal fixation compound with autotransplantation of bone.Conculsion The failure of performations mainly because misusing of plate,irrational molding of plate,incorrect operatiorl and premature exercises.So the main precautions against the failure of internal fixations of elavice fracture are using plates and operate correctly, scientific exercises aider operation and compound with external fixations.
