摘要
为解决现场混装乳化车的炸药质量稳定性和单孔装药量的准确性,对其装药控制系统的生产炸药质量控制问题、主要元器件质量问题、装药量计量问题、制药安全控制问题等关键技术做了深入分析,提出了采用高精度的极高粘度胶体测量仪表解决混装车炸药的准确计量问题和开发使用配套的信息控制管理系统等改进建议。
To solve the explosive quality stability and the accuracy of single hole charge of site mixed truck for e- mulsion explosive, the key technology problems had been analysed in-depth, such as the charging control system of production quality control problems, main components quality problems, mess measurement issues, pharmaceutical safety control problemand so on. Some improvement Suggestions were proposed that accuracy measurement issues of mixed truck for explosive should be solved by using the high accuracy and extremely high viscosity colloid measuring instrument, and the matched information control management system should be developed and used.
