摘要
利用双线性模型，在考虑结构低周疲劳特性的情况下，对具有滞回阻尼器的建筑结构在地震 作用下的能量破坏准则进行了研究，建立了其等效延性指标和损伤评估指数。
Taking account of structural low cycle fatigue characters the bilinear model is used to seismic damage criteria of structures with hysteretic dampers and the indices of equivalent ductility and damage assessment are established.
