摘要 为提升专业气象数据在电网运行风险预警方面的应用水平,以电网环境专题图的展现及应用为核心,提出一种基于电网GIS与多维气象数据深度融合的共享应用平台,并对其总体功能框架和技术架构进行了详细设计;同时设计了一套可实现电网环境专题图自动绘制及应用的内嵌系统,此系统通过划分气象数据与电网运行数据统一的规则库,利用GIS建模技术模拟绘制流程;最后对该平台如何实现电网运行风险预警进行了详细阐述。结果表明,设计的电网环境专题图自动绘制及应用系统可作为连通气象环境与电网GIS应用的重要工具,可扩展及完善共享应用平台功能并实现电网运行风险预警。 In order to improve the application level of professional meteorological data in risk forewarning of power grid operation,with the key of the display and application of power grid environmental thematic map,a sharing application platform was proposed on the basis of fusion of power grid GIS and multidimensional meteorological data. Meanwhile,the platform’s overall functional framework and technical framework were designed in detail. A set of internal embedded system was designed which could realize the automatic drawing and application of power grid environmental thematic map. The system can apply GIS modelling technology in simulating the drawing process by the rule base of dividing meteorological data and the unified power grid operation data. Finally,how to realize the risk forewarning of power grid operation was described in detail. The results show that the designed system of the automatic drawing and application system of power grid environmental thematic map can be used as an important tool to connect meteorological environment with power grid GIS,and expand and improve the function of shared application platform to realize the risk forewarning of power grid operation.
