摘要
目的 探讨纤连蛋白 (FN)在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化法研究FN在正常卵巢、良性卵巢瘤、上皮性卵巢癌的表达。结果 正常卵巢及良性卵巢瘤FN均呈连续线型表达 ;上皮性卵巢癌FN表达减低 ,呈连续线型、中断线型、碎片状或缺失表达 ,且与病理分级、临床分期、预后及转移有关。结论 FN对肿瘤细胞有屏障作用 ,FN表达降低或缺失可作为判定上皮性卵巢癌预后的指标之一 。
Objective To study the expression and significance of fibronectin(FN) in epithelial carcinoma of ovary.Methods Expression of FN in normal ovary,innocent ovarioncus and epithelial carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemistry.Results Expression of FN in normal ovary and innocent ovarioncus presented continuous lineary.That in epithelial carcinoma of ovary decreased and presented continuous lineary,lineary but focal interrupted,positive fragmental or absent expression.The presence of FN was relative to histological grade,stage,prognosis and invasiveness.Conclusion FN have barrier action to tumor cell.Lower or absence of FN expression may play a role to judge prognosis in epithelial carcinoma ovary.Positive of FN expression symptomatize good prognosis in epithelial carcinoma of ovary.
