摘要
随着社会的快速发展和进步,许多大学生在择业时会产生各种矛盾心理,陷入惧怕竞争、盲目攀比等心理误区。学生、高校和社会三方应共同努力,积极探索形成问题的原因,制定相应的策略,从而实现大学生充分就业。
With the social development and progress, at present more and more college students face psycho- logical misunderstandings like multi - choice ambivalence, fear of competition and blind comparison in choosing a career. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the reasons and adopt countermeasures and psycho- logical adjustment mechanism with the joint effort of society, college and individuals for the full employment of col- lege students.
