2,5-二甲基-3,4-二氢-4-氧代喹唑啉的合成研究

摘要 对2,5-二甲基-3,4-二氢-4-氧代喹唑啉的合成进行了研究。以间甲基苯胺为原料经3步反应制得2-氨基-6-甲基苯甲酸,再环化生成2,5-二甲基-3,4-二氢-4-氧代喹唑啉。中间体及标题化合物结构经1 HNMR确证。 Synthesis of 2,5-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-quinazoline was studied in the paper. 2-Amino-6- methyl-benzoic acid was obtained via three steps with m-toluidine as starting material. Then,2,5-dimethyl-3,4- dihydro-4-oxo-quinazoline was prepared by cyclization. The structures of intermediates and object compound were characterized by ^1HNMR.
