2-甲基-4-氯苯丙酮的合成工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用间氯甲苯、N-间甲苯基乙酰胺、间甲基苯胺和2-甲基-4-氯苯甲腈等不同的起始原料来合成标题化合物,并探讨了各条反应路线的条件、收率及工业生产的可行性,从而确定了以N-间甲苯基乙酰胺为原料的合成路线是一条较佳工业合成工艺路线,其总收率为32.3%。 Synthesis of a new compound-4-chloro-2-methylpropionphone was realized using m-chloro-toluene, N-m-tolyl-acetamide, m- tolylamine and 4- ehloro-2- methyl- benzonitrile as rawmaterials, respectively, The reaction conditions, yields and feasibility of commercial scale production of each route were discussed and an optimal commercialized route was determined with the product yield reaching 32.3 % .
