摘要
随着社会对英语人才需求的不同,学生的就业领域也在逐渐发生变化。通过对近几年保山学院英语专业毕业生就业情况分析,探讨根据英语专业教学大纲的要求和学生就业的发展需求,整合教学内容、优化课程体系、加强教学社会实践、构建以社会需求为导向的英语专业复合型人才培养模式。
The situation of employment is changing for college English majors in recent years.Through analyzing the employment statistics, the thesis in question proposes to develop a employment-oriented, inter-disciplinary training mode for English majors through optimizing the syllabus and strenthening teaching practice.
