摘要
动力蓄电池组对充、放电电流敏感,但是本身内阻极小且具有反电动势,普通整流器对电池组进行充电时都会出现充电电流纹波超标的现象。电流型PWM整流器虽然可以输出较为恒定的直流电流,但其容量受直流侧储能电感的限制。针对以上问题,本文从两个方面比较了低通滤波器中巴特沃斯和切比雪夫滤波器不同衰减特性,包括二者在相同衰减条件下阶数的设定,以及相同阶数、截止频率和阻带损耗前提下系统的滤波效果和响应速度,并以此为依据提出了电流型PWM整流器输出滤波器的参数设计方案。该方法通过算法选取适当的滤波器参数,大大减小了电流型PWM整流器直流侧滤波电感取值,因此可以减少电抗压降带来的损耗,提高系统效率。本文设计了电流型PWM整流器直流侧滤波器的参数,通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
The power accumulator battery is sensitive to the charging current. But it has tinny inner resistance and opposing electromotive force, and ordinary converters will output super standard ripple wave when charging the power accumulator battery. The current-source converter can output steady current, but its capacity is limited by the energy storing inductance in the DC side. To resolve the above-mentioned problems, this paper compares the decay characteristics between Butterworth and Chebyshev filter in two aspects which include the order setting when the two filters are of the same stop-frequency decay and the filtering result and response speed when the two filters are of the same order , barrier frequency and decay. Based on the conclusion above, the DC filter parameter design method in the current-source converters is proposed. This method adopts filter parameters according to the appropriate arithmetic to reduce the energy storing inductance in the current-source converter. The voltage drop of the inductance is decreased and the system energy transfer efficiency is increased. This two power accumulator battery charging systems are designed. Simulation and test results demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the filter design method.
