摘要
电流衰减指数决定了充电的质量.为了得到最大的充电电流衰减指数,以BX7B-3A 7AH/12V型蓄电池为研究对象,基于'恒流-恒压'充电模式,对蓄电池初始充电参数对电流衰减指数的影响进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:蓄电池初始充电电流与初始电解液密度之间存在一个'最佳配比关系',在该'最佳配比关系'下,可获得最大电流衰减指数,即充电时间最短.为实现充电中参数的'最佳配比',采用模糊逻辑对充电系统进行改进.仿真结果表明,采用模糊逻辑控制方式可以很好地实现初始充电电流的优化,从而实现了充电中参数的最佳配合,达到了优质快速充电的目的.
The quality of charge is determined by the decaying of charging current. In order to obtain the maximum decaying exponential, this paper researched the influence of the initial parameters of charge on the decaying exponential , based on the charging mode of "Constant Current-Constant Voltage" (CC-CV), and employing the set of batteris third model BX7B-3A 7AH/12V. The experiment results show that there is a "best ratio" between the initial charging current and initial specific gravity of the electrolyte. When this "best ratio" is adopted, the maximum decaying exponential of charging current can be achieved, i.e. , the shortest time of charge can be achieved. For obtaining the "best ratio", fuzzy control mode was used to improve the charge system. The simulation results shows that the fuzzy control method is effective in optimizing the initial charging current.
