摘要
为了研究空气量及分布对秸秆颗粒燃料燃烧的影响,以一个小型反烧单元体炉为试验装置,分别对玉米秸秆颗粒燃料和棉秆颗粒燃料进行了不同空气量下的燃烧试验,并对点火时间、燃烧时间、燃烧过程及燃烧后的结渣现象上的差异进行理论分析。试验结果表明,相同质量的玉米秸秆颗粒燃料比棉秆颗粒燃料易点燃,燃烧温度高,但燃烧时间短;而棉秆颗粒燃料则比玉米秸秆颗粒燃料不易结渣,但合理控制空气量后也可以使玉米秸秆颗粒燃料不结渣。
In order to study the effect of air provision on straw pellet fuel combustion, an experiment is made on the combustion characteristics of corn stover pellet fuel and cotton stalk pellet fuel with differ- ent air provision in a small body of anti-burning stove. A theoretical analysis is made of the differences in ignition time, burning time and slagging phenomenon. The results show that, compared with cotton straw pellet fuel, corn straw pellet fuel with the same quality is ignited more easily, has higher com- bustion temperature but shorter burning time. Corn straw pellet fuel is not easier to slag than corn straw pellet fuel, but it can make corn straw pellet fuel not slag by controlling the amount of air rea- sonably.
