摘要
通过不同温度、不同压力下的成型实验,得到玉米秸秆颗粒燃料成型规律。热重实验结果提供了玉米颗粒燃料燃烧特性的重要信息。这些基础实验研究对秸秆颗粒燃料燃烧设备的工程设计具有理论及实用价值。以基础研究为依据,设计开发出玉米秸秆颗粒燃料气化燃烧锅炉。经过样机测试表明,此形式锅炉高效节能、洁净燃烧、大气排放指标优良,具有广阔的应用前景。
The molding behavior of the cornstalk pellet fuel(CSPF)was obtained by its molding tests at different temperatures and pressures.The important information about the combustion properties of the CSPF was provided by the results of the thermogravimetry.These basic studies are of theoretical and practical significance for the engineering design of the combustion equipment of the CSPF,and a gasification-combustion boiler was developed for the CSPF.The test of the propotype boiler show that it is characterized by high efficiency,energy saving,clean combustion,and little pollution,opening up broad prospects for its application.
