小排量增压汽油机进气特性研究

摘要 使用FIER软件对某1.5T汽油机的进气过程进行仿真分析。首先使用Pro/E软件建立进气道几何模型;然后将其导入到FIER软件生成定网格、动网格,通过确定边界及初始条件、选择湍流模型、计算方法、松弛因子、试算等步骤完成前期准备;最后计算获取该机进气过程的瞬时流场数据和动态仿真结果。通过对仿真结果分析,总结出该机进气过程的特点,为其进气道的改进提供依据。 The FIRE software is used for simulation analysis on intake process for a 1.5 T gasoline engine. Pro/E software is used to establishe inlet geometry model, and then the model to FIRE generating is used for set grid and dynamic grid. Preparation is completed through the boundary and initial conditions, choosing turbulence model, calculation meth- ods, relaxation factors , trying to calculate and so on. Finally through calculation the in- stantaneous flow field data and the dynamic simulation results for the intake process are a- chieved. The analysis of the simulation result showed up the characteristics of the intake process, and it can be basis for the inlet' s improvement.
