摘要
对1998年大庆市卫生局处理的79起医疗纠纷、15起医疗事故鉴定进行了分析研究,认为提高处理医疗纠纷发生后的各个环节质量,正确运用法律、法规是保护医患双方合法权益,妥善处理医疗纠纷的关键。
Practice and experience of the Public Health Bureau of Daqing City in dealing with 79 cases of medical tangle and 15 cases of medical negligence in the year 1998. are described with reference to : safeguarding of the rights and interests of each side of physician and patient by applying the relevant laws and regulations; identification, prevention, reduction, and treatment of those factors which may interact in some ways needing research as projects, with the result of increased risk of medical tangle; carrying out optimized organization of human and material resources to enable coordinated performance measures to be collected reliably and efficiently; facilitating senior, more experienced physicians to check on staff performance and ensure that staff members conform to medical regulations and procedures in clinical practice.
