摘要
目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在小儿短小手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的70例短小手术患儿,对照组应用七氟醚复合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组患儿术中术后情况。结果观察组术中生命体征平稳、不良反应发生率低(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚应用于小儿短小手术麻醉效果好。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in children with minor surgery. Methods Selected 70 cases of children with minor surgery in our hospital. The control group was applied of sevoflurane and propofol anesthesia, and the observation group was applied of remifentanil and propofol anesthesia, and in- traoperative and postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative vital signs of obser- vation group were stable with lower adverse events （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in children with minor surgery is good.
