摘要
天麻属兰科植物,从天麻中可提炼出多种化学成分,其中活性成分含量最高的有效单体是天麻素。天麻具有十分珍贵的药用价值,因此其临床应用较广。本文就天麻的化学成分、药理机制及临床研究进展作一概述。
Gastrodia elata Blume is one of Orchidaceae and various chemical compositions can be extracted from it. The highest content of active effective monomer composition is Gastrodia elata. Gastrodia elata Blume has very precious medici- nal value, so its clinical application is quite extensive. This paper overviews the progress of chemical composition, phar- macological mechanism and clinical studies of Gastrodia elata Blume.
