摘要
目的探讨康复护理对肩周炎患者病情恢复的重要性。方法将264例肩周炎患者随机分为两组,康复组150例和对照组114例。第一组为康复护理,第二组则为单纯的常规按摩,30 d后分别对两组的疗效进行分析并统计结果。结果康复组治愈82例,好转40例,无效28例;对照组治愈44例,好转30例,无效40例,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理能促进患者的康复,并能控制病情的发展,防止病情复发,这对肩周炎的治疗有重大意义。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing on shoulder perarthritis patient the importance of recovery. Methods 264 cases of scapulohumeral perarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group for rehabilita- tion group 150 cases, another group as control group of 114 cases. The first group for rehabilitation care,the second groups is purely conventional massage, 30 days after the two curative effect analysis and statistical results. Results The rehabilita- tion group 82 cases were cured, 38 effective cases, 28 cases are invalid. The control group of 44 cases was cured, 30 effec- tive cases,40 cases are invalid. A result there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients,and can control the disease development,to prevent disease recurrence. The frozen shoulder treatment is of great significance.
