缺血性白质疏松症的血管内皮细胞损伤与羟苯磺酸钙的保护作用

摘要 目的研究缺血性白质疏松症(LA)的血管内皮细胞(VECs)损伤与羟苯磺酸钙的保护作用。方法选取40例缺血性LA患者作为缺血性LA组,与之基本匹配的体检健康者40例作为对照组。按随机数字表法将缺血性LA组分为常规治疗组和羟苯磺酸钙组(在常规治疗方法基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙),每组20例。用流式细胞仪测定CD31、CD146、CD45抗体标记的循环内皮细胞(CECs)数。结果缺血性LA组CECs数[(14.9±3.5)个/ml]明显大于对照组[(7.6±2.4)个/ml],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗前,羟苯磺酸钙组CECs数[(14.2±3.9)个/ml]与常规治疗组CECs数[(15.6±3.1)个/ml]比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后羟苯磺酸钙组CECs数[(10.4±2.7)个/ml]明显小于治疗前(P〈0.05),常规治疗组CECs数[(13.8±3.5)个/ml]与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,羟苯磺酸钙组CECs数明显小于常规治疗组(P〈0.01)。结论缺血性LA存在VECs受损。羟苯磺酸钙可以降低CECs数,可能具有保护VECs作用。
