摘要
目的 研究人工合成的高活性心钠素 (hANP)对妊高征患者一氧化氮 (NO)及内皮素 (ET)水平的影响。方法 对 45例妊高征患者随机分为hANP组 30例及安慰剂组 15例 ,分别给予每公斤体重hANP 6 μg及安慰剂静滴 30min。应用活化镉还原剂与Griess反应结合法及放射免疫分析法分别测定用药前后血清NO代谢终产物硝酸基 (NO3-)及血浆ET水平 ,并观察血压变化。结果 hANP使NO3-水平升高 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,ET呈下降趋势 ,但无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,NO3-/ET比值升高 ,平均动脉压 (MAP)下降均有显著差异 (分别 P <0 0 1) ,MAP下降值与NO3-及ET变化值均无显著相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。安慰剂组MAP、NO3-及ET均无明显变化。结论 hANP影响妊高征患者NO合成及ET分泌水平 。
Objective To investigate the effect of human atrial natriuretic peptide(hANP) on nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin(ET) levels in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods 45 patients with PIH were randomized to hANP group(n=30) and placebo group(n=15) and infused intravenously with hANP 6μg/kg or placebo for 30 minutes.Serum nitrate(NO 3 -),the end products of NO and plasma ET were measured by activated cadmium reducer combined with Griess reaction and radioimmunoassay respectively before and after infusion of hANP or placebo.Blood pressure changes were observed.Results Infusion of hANP increased NO 3 - significantly(P<0 01) and decreased ET but had no significant difference(P>0 05).NO 3 -/ET ratio increased significantly(P<0 01).Mean artery pressure(MAP) decreased significantly(P<0 01).There was no correlation between changes in MAP and changes in serum NO 3 - or plasma ET.There was no significant change in MAP, serum NO 3 - and plasma ET after infusion of placebo.Conclusion hANP influences NO production and ET secretion and may play an important role in improving the pathophysiological changes in patients with PIH.
