摘要
目的 :从番荔枝科植物大花哥纳香根中寻找抗癌活性成分。方法 :大花哥纳香根的乙醇提取物经柱层析分得 4个化合物 ,经波谱分析 (U V、NMR、MS)及旋光分析 ,并与文献中波谱数据对照 ,确定化合物结构。结果与结论 :所分得化合物结构分别为 (- ) pinocembrin1;naringenin2 ;β—谷甾醇 3;胡萝卜甙 4。其中 ,(— )
Objective:In order to look for new anticancer constituents from Annonaceae family,we study the chemical constituents from the roots of Goniothalamus griffithii.Method:The ethanol extract of Goniothalamus griffithii were subject to silica gel column chromatography and obtained 4 compounds.The structures were identified by the analysis of the spectra data and comparing with that of the literature.Result and Conclusion:The structures of the compounds were identified as ( ) pinocembrin①;naringenin②;β sitostereol③ and Daucostereol④.
