血液透析救治1例严重低钾血症合并频发室颤的护理

摘要 血液透析又称“人工肾”，常规用于急慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗，也用于内科治疗无效的高钾血症，各种原因引起的重度水肿等。但用于治疗低钾血症的报道很少，而室颤又是一个危重急症，如不能及时有效地抢救，则迅速死亡。我科于2010年10月经血液透析救治1例低钾血症合并频发室颤患者，疗效迅速，护理得当，恢复良好，无任何并发症，现报告如下。
