摘要
应用抗Leu系列鼠抗人总T细胞、辅助性T细胞、抑制性T细胞及B细胞表面抗原的单克隆抗体,以免疫过氧化物酶技术之一——ABC法检测56例正常国人外周血中以上淋巴细胞亚群的分布。本文详细介绍了实验方法,指出这一方法兼具单克隆抗体特异性强和ABC法敏感性高的特点,但也存在非特异性染色等影响,并讨论了消除这些影响的措施。
The anti-Leu series of monoclonal antibodies were used to evaluate lymphocyte subsets with one of the immunoperoxidase techniques the ABC method. In the peripheral blood, the total T cells, helper T cells, and B cells were counted in 56 healthy persons. The method utilized is characterized by a high specificity of monoclonal antibody and high sensitivity to ABC staining However, some factors such as nonspecific staining can affect the results. The procedures of the experiment are described in detail and measures required to avoid the effects of extraneous factors are discussed.
