急性肺栓塞的溶栓治疗 被引量：5

摘要 溶栓药物可激活纤维蛋白溶酶原形成纤维蛋白溶酶从而加速血栓的溶解。溶栓药物已用于多种血栓性疾病包括急性肺栓塞（PE）、深静脉血栓形成（DVT）和急性心肌梗死等的治疗。本文将讨论PE溶栓治疗的疗效、适应证、禁忌证和不良反应。
