摘要
三峡电站水轮机是目前世界上运行水头变幅最大的巨型混流式水轮机之一 ,其运行稳定性是设计、研究、制造和使用部门关注的首要课题。在左岸电站机组招标文件和合同执行过程中 ,明确提出水力稳定性是首要考虑的问题 ,并具体规定了模型和真机的稳定性指标。在水轮机模型验收试验中 ,发现一些现象与众所周知的部分负荷的压力脉动不同 ,表现为在运行水头范围内存在压力脉动峰值带 ,频率较高 ,且从蜗壳进口至尾水管的几个部位均同时出现较大的压力脉动幅值。根据模型试验的结果 ,分析了空蚀系数和补气对压力脉动的影响 。
In terms of the variation range of operating water head,the Francis turbine of Three Gorges Power Station is one of the greatest turbines in the world.The operational stability of the turbine has been the top subject for departments of design,research,manufacture and operation to be concerned about.During the course of preparing the bidding document and executing the contract for the left bank power plant's hydro generator units,the hydraulic stability of the turbine was regarded as the most important problem,and specific stability indexes of the model and prototype turbines were respectively specified in the contract.In the model tests for the turbine model acceptance,the pressure fluctuation in the case of partial load was found to be different from the usual one as people know.Within the range of operating water head,there existed a peak value zone of pressure fluctuation with higher frequency,and large-amplitude pressure fluctuations simultaneously occurred in several localities from the inlet of the spiral case to the draft tube.On the basis of the results from model tests,the influence of cavitation and aeration on pressure fluctuation is analyzed,and some measures to improve the hydraulic stability of the turbine of three Gorges Power Station are put forward.
