摘要
本文介绍了以水轮发电机组振动故障诊断为研究对象,基于神经网络的专家系统的研究与实现。结合盐锅峡水电站5#水轮发电机组的真机试验研究,通过对试验数据的分析和诊断,结果表明用神经网络专家系统进行方法水轮发电机组振动故障诊断是可行和有效的。这里着重介绍试验研究过程,以及如何用本文所设计的软件进行分析和诊断。
With fault diagnosis of turbine generator unit vibration as the research object,the expert system based on neural network and in combination with the real machine test on Yanguoxia hydropower plant is presented in this paper.By analysis of these experimental data,the conclusion is that it is effective to process fault diagnosis of turbine generator unit vibration with neural network expert system.The process of test investigation and analysis of diagnosis with designed software are also presented in this paper.
