摘要 面对风起云涌的新军事革命,面对汇聚交融的信息挑战,军队院校必须立足当前、着眼长远,把握信息"叠加性、渗透性和兼容性"的生成特色,以"加大信息化教学平台的饱和含量、加快现代教育技术的路径牵引、加强网络化教育训练的网聚能力"为切入点,统筹规划,突出重点,全面跃升,力争使信息化教学训练条件建设取得新突破、跨入新阶段。 Faced with the new military revolution and the challenge of mixed information, military academies, in view of the present and the future, have to grasp the generating characteristics of the congruence, penetrability and compatibility of information, make overall plans, emphasize the important parts, raise the whole level, and strive to make breakthroughs in creating the information - based conditions for teaching and training, starting from the increase in the capacity of the information - based teaching platform, strengthening the traction of modem education skills and improving the efficiency of net - based education and training.
