合成了苯甲酰化β-环糊精键合固定相,用元素分析和红外光谱对固定相进行了表征。该固定相在正相和反相条件下对某些对映异构体有良好的拆分能力。
Benzoyl-β-cyclodextrin stationary phase was prepared and used for the separation of some enantiomers by high-performance liquid chromatography. Three pairs of enantiomers were separated in the normal-phase mode and three pairs were separated in the reversed-phase mode. The chiral recognition mechanism was briefly discussed.
