原子吸收光谱法研究人发和指甲中铜、锌、镉含量变化曲线的意义 被引量:2

Study on the Changing Curves of Traces Cu,Zn,Cd Contents in Human Hair & Fingernail by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 在近 1 0年内按季度收集了同一个人体的人发样品 33份和指甲样品 41份 ,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人发和指甲中铜、锌、镉的含量。绘制含量随时间 (年 )变化曲线 ,获得铜的波动范围 :人发 6 .2 1—1 4.79μg/g、指甲 0 .46— 1 5 .6 5 μg/g;锌的波动范围 :人发 94.6 6— 1 37.0 5 μg/g、指甲 47.74— 1 73.83μg/g;镉的波动范围 :人发 0 .0 1 0 0— 0 .41 0 0 μg/g、指甲 0 .0 2 95— 0 .5 31 4μg/g。变化曲线均具有非线性特征。 The human hair & fingernail were collected from one person quarterly for about ten years,respectively 33 & 41 shares.The contents of traces Cu,Zn,Cd in hair & fingernail have been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.From the changing curves of Cu,Zn and Cd in human hair & fingernail by age we found that the range of Cu contents in hair was 6.210-~14.79μg/g,in fingernail 0.4643-15.65μg/g;the range of Zn contents in hair was 94.66-~137.05μg/g,in fingernail 47.74-173.83μg/g;the range of Cd contents in hair was 0.0100-~0.4100μg/g,in fingernail 0.0295-0.5314μg/g.The changing curves are characteristic of nonlinearity.
