牛血清白蛋白与酸性品红的结合反应 被引量:30

摘要 研究了在酸性溶液中牛血清白蛋白与酸性品红的结合反应,认为两者主要是通过静电引力而结合,结合反应符合Plsavento提出的相分配模型,并探讨了实验条件对结合反应的表观结合常数Kc、结合数n、Sandell灵敏指数的影响。 This paper reports the interaction of acid magenta with bevine serum albumin(BSA). It is considered that the combination of BSA with acid magenta is due to static electricity forees. The interaction is in accord with model of phase distribution. The affect of experiment conditions to apparent binding constant Kc, binding numbers n, Sandell constant is discussed.
