摘要
采用含0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠硅胶G薄层色谱分离和CS -930荧光扫描法测定扶正丹中补骨脂素的含量,不受处方中其他成分的干扰 ,方法灵敏,特异性强,操作简便,结果可靠,可作为质量控制的定量标准。该法线性回归方程为Y=42616.86X +11301.91,r=0.996;加标回收率为101.6%;同一样品点样6次测得的RSD为2.25%。
A method for the determination of an active composition, psoralen, in Fuzheng Dan(a traditional Chinese medicine)is reported. The psoralen was isolated from the mixture of Fuzheng Dan by silica gel thin _ layer chromatography(0.5%CMC _ Na silica gel), and then was quantified with CS-930 fluorescence scanner detector. The equation of linear regression for psoralen determination in the present method is Y=42 616.86X+11 301.91(r=0.996). The recovery and RSD(n=6) for psoralen are 101.6% and 2.25%, respectively. There is no evident influence of other compositions in Fuzheng Dan on the determination of psoralen. The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and specific, thus could be used as a standard analysis method for quality control of Fuzheng Dan.
