摘要
目的:了解壮族中老年农民人体成分的组成和肥胖发生情况;对生物电阻抗法和传统人体评价方法评价结果进行比较。方法:调查对象为313名壮族中老年农民,年龄为50~69岁。测量身高、体质量体格指标,用生物电阻抗方法测定人体成分,并评价肥胖发生率;同时用传统理想体质量(IBW)法和体质指数(BMI)法进行评价,对3种评价结果进行比较。结果:男性中老年农民体脂含量随年龄的增长而增高,肌肉组织重和瘦体质量随年龄的增长而降低;女性中老年农民体脂含量、肌肉组织重及瘦体质量均随年龄的增长而逐渐降低;男性体脂含量低于女性,肌肉组织重、瘦体质量和骨矿物质含量男性高于女性;壮族中老年农民与北京、上海市中老年人人体成分不同;肥胖检出率女性高于男性;生物电阻抗法判断肥胖较为准确。结论:壮族中老年农民人体成分存在性别、年龄和民族差异;男性和女性肥胖发生率存在差异;生物电阻抗方法在诊断肥胖方面较其他评价方法合理和科学。
Objective: To explore the body composition and obesity of Zhuang farmers in middle and old age in Baise, and to compare results derived from bioelectrical impedance and traditional methods. Methods: 313 Zhuang farmers aged from 50 to 69 years underwent measurement of height and weight. The body composition of those individuals was analyzed by means of bioelectrical impedance, as well as traditional ideal body weight (IBW) and body mass index (BMI), in order to assess the percentage of obesity. Results: With aging, the body fat percentage in male was increased, and muscle weight and lean body mass (LBM) were reduced. And, the body fat percentage, muscle weight and LBM in female were reduced with aging. The body fat percentage in male was less than that in female, while muscle weight and LBM were higher than those in female. The body corn position of middle-elderly Zhuang farmers was different from that of people living in Beijing and Shanghai. The data derived from bioelectrical impedance were more accurate than those from two traditional methods. Conclusion: The body composition is different in gender, age and nationality. The incidence of obesity in middle-elderly Zhuang farmer is different regarding to gender. Bioelectri cal impedance is recommended method to analyze ratio of body fat because it can reveal more objective data.
