微型角膜刀治疗角膜上皮内瘤样改变一例

摘要 患者,男,62岁,右眼疼痛、畏光、流泪20d,加重并伴视力下降5d。发病时曾在当地医院按角膜炎治疗,症状无缓解。眼科检查:视力右眼0.15(不能矫正),左眼1.0;右眼睑痉挛,结膜无明显充血及异常分泌物,角膜中央区上皮有大片半透明灰白色地图样增生,直径约为6mm。
