微型角膜刀治疗角膜上皮内瘤样改变一例

摘要 患者，男，62岁，右眼疼痛、畏光、流泪20d，加重并伴视力下降5d。发病时曾在当地医院按角膜炎治疗，症状无缓解。眼科检查：视力右眼0．15（不能矫正），左眼1．0；右眼睑痉挛，结膜无明显充血及异常分泌物，角膜中央区上皮有大片半透明灰白色地图样增生，直径约为6mm。
