补肾活血、泻下及开窍活血方药对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注多器官损伤的保护作用 被引量:37

摘要 将老龄大鼠分为模型组、对照组、益元活血丹大小剂量组、大黄组、血栓心脉宁组 ,并与尼莫地平组对照 ,观察各组老龄大鼠全脑缺血 30min再灌注 6 0min药物对脑、心、肝、肾、胃、小肠病理改变和E、NE、DA含量的作用。结果显示 ,大黄和益元活血丹及血栓心脉宁对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注引起多个器官损伤有不同程度的保护作用 。 Senile rats are divided into model group,control group,Yi Yuan Huo Xue Dan dose group,rhubard group,Xue Shuan Xin Mai Ning group,and compared with the Nimodipine group.Observed are the pathologic changes of the brain,heart,liver,kidney,stomach,and small intestines as well as the content of E,NE and DA 30min after cerebral ischemia occurs in those rats followed by 60min of perfusion.It’s shown that rhubarb,Yi Yuan Huo Xue Dan,and Xue Shuan Xin Mai Ning have a protective action on the multi organic injury as the result of perfusion after cerebral ischemia.The mechanism has something to do with the inhibition of sympathoadreanal system excitation.
